Is organic food all it’s cracked up to be? Also, my friend tells me that frozen veggies are safer than canned?

Organic Food
patience asked:

She raises her eyebrow at white eggs as opposed to generic white eggs, canned veggies, etc…..Is anything ever 100% organic?

In America if it is labeled organic it HAS to be grown, or produced without chemicals. In my opinion (nothing to back up what I am about to write) You can gain the peace of mind that there is no chemicals used to make what you are about to eat. There is no health benefit, broccoli is the same. End opinion.
Question #2…Frozen veggies have been shown to have more retention of vitamins as opposed to canned. The quality is generally better. Frozen are only partially cooked.

the debates still on concerning organic………..but frozen vegs are better than can in taste and vitamins also…you lose most vitamins in the canning process
