If resolving the world food crisis comes before producing organic foods?

What would be some reasons about why resolving the world food crisis would come first before organic foods?

Organic food costs two to three times as much as processed food and lasts longer. If a 3rd world country can’t afford to buy the food what good is it?

Organic food produces less yield per acre and requires more labor to produce. GM foods and chemicals save time…

the produce gained from organic crops is often deformed, and if it is completely organic (which is a produce that is 100% organic) and not just organic (90% organic) or made with organic materials (75% organic), then that means that there were no forms of pesticides used, often resulting in a large number of the produce lost.
world hunger is just that, a world wide handicap. therefore to bring food to those who need it most, they may require being delivered often by air or sea, because plants only will grow in an environment that suits their specific needs. for example, there are “cool and warm” season vegetables. cool season vegetables can withstand a frost or two. while warm season vegetables cannot survive in cold conditions.
hope this helped you.

if all farms in USA were organic, there would not be nearly enough food for the USA.
a very good organic crop would never be 50% yield of a real farmer.

Organic food is a powerful way to help solve the world food crisis. There is a lot of misinformation about organic farming yields, as shown by the other answers so far. In the developing world, yields are currently low because the farming systems are very basic and undeveloped, the soil is naturally unfertile, and there are frequent droughts. Introducing organic farming methods increases yields dramatically (average +80%), as a huge number of studies show (see 1 below). Organic farming in these regions uses composting, agro-forestry and leguminous plants. This raises the soil’s organic matter level, making it more fertile and holding more water, so the crops are much higher-yielding and far more drought resistant.
Cost does not come into it, as the nothing needs to be bought. Most people in the developing world are subsistence farmers. In fact, with the higher yields, the people then have enough to feed themselves and can sell their surpluses, so increasing their income. This is a much better option then requiring the poor farmers to buy agrochemicals which do not give them higher yields than organic farming in these regions.
It is already improving lives in many regions. Eg, in a province in Ethiopia, food production has been doubled over a million hectares by introducing these techniques (for details, see ref 2). In it only in some other world regions that organic farming yields are lower (eg. Northern Europe. In the US, organic yields are similar to conventional farming).

The link below gives a thorough explanation why organic farming is the better alternative to “feed the world”.
